This "umbrella bug" collects many bugs affecting the dark theme.

I reported this as blocking Bug 481227 - [FEEP] Improve Dark Theme, 
a Community / Architecture Council bug that seems the top level bug for Dark Theme.

Marking as fixed for 4.16 as we fixed so many items already and moving the remaining items to new Bug 563541.

It seems that the remaining items were not moved, only removed here.
