Right. And there are more like it.

There is a meeting next week to discuss how WTP and DTP can collaborate to build a mechanism for distributing enablement plugins (connectors to app servers for WTP, connectors for database servers for DTP). There is a solution to this problem in WTP, but DTP can't leverage it.

I am also trying to drive collaboration between WTP and DTP on a combined Servers view. Right now there are two. One for app servers. Another for databases.

So that two more that fit the same mold as Faceted Project Framework and these are just the ones that I am directly involved with.

This is exactly what the point of the Technology project is (if you
exclude the word "small").

The faceted project framework is the troublesome one; I'm not sure where
it ultimately fits. I do agree that, based on my limited understanding
of it (as a user of Web Tools), that it does belong somewhere more
general than Web Tools.

Once a project reaches maturity (if it makes it), it finds a home based on its purpose. End user tooling goes to Tools, frameworks go to Nexus, etc.
