That's for Bugzilla only and the same would be of interest for e.g. Jira.
I've added a more general bug that depends on 1513437.

I/we will get back to you on this once we start using the code. Does Eclipse
project generally deploy jars in the Maven repository? There are some, but
none of Mylar's: http://mvnrepository.com/search.html?query=eclipse

That would be even more useful (in addition to adding them to the download
page).
