All,

I've (re)created the jetty-distribution module in eclipse and
the jetty-hightide module in codehaus

jetty-distribution is getting orbit dependencies
  servlet-api for everything
  activation & mail for jetty-jndi

Jan is just now updating jetty-hightide to include the
minimal atomikos and derby dependencies so that jndi
example can run out of the box.

If possible, after I've received confirmation that these
are ok, I'd like to build a 7.0.0.RC2 of jetty-distribution
to go with the already built RC2 @ eclipse
and then build RC2 at codehaus.
