Hi Scott, I tried you link yesterday morning and saw the same result as Wim did. So my idea was to place my logo in the gallery. Therefore I applied be 99Design as it is a gallery managed be 99Designs. A bug on 99Designs enrolling webpage hinder me to continue and I called the support for support. A very friendly woman took my call and solved the problem during the day. So far so good. Once the enrolling issue solved I ran into the next problem, which was applying for being a designer at 99Desings allowing me to post my logo. I called again and the same friendly woman explained me how 99Designs works. I concluded for myself two things: 1.) I have no chance to submit my logo as I will not apply as a “fulltime” designer. My task are other ones. 2.) I will not support this kind of business model and therefore I will not support 99Designs, as I explained in my last mail. Of course it’s up to everybody’s conscience to decide if they want persons to be exploited. For my part I stand for fair business. 99Designs would be acceptable if all participating designers would get their share in Euro. And to be clear I don’t blame you, I blame 99Designs. To give you an example: I currently have a petition in the German Bundestag to close a loophole in the law regarding the duration of short-time allowance during the pandemic. I think it's good to take care of the weaker members of society. I am a political person and I stand by that. Due to my experience with 99Designs I will write a mail to the German Bundestag and ask them to check if the business model of 99Designs complies with our German laws. Uber in many German towns is therefore forbidden. Maybe the American and European feelings are in this point different. Eclipse moved to Europe… Besides all this the question I asked was: how can my logo be part of your election if it cannot be posted. But if I understand your last mail correctly the drafts will be posted on web page which is not 99Designs’ but managed by you. My plan is to open up all the designs once we have given the designers a round of submitting their ideas. I haven't really figured out the election yet, but I was thinking if we run it on Bugzilla, then we know that the people voting are actually members of the Eclipse community. It is also harder for someone to game the voting. Christophe, I am not sure what you mean you can't submit your design? Can you explain some more?
