Link with Editor in Sync View does not work for the following scenarios

1. Non-model sync, view: incoming addition > editor: remote revision
2. Non-model sync, view: outgoing deletion > editor: remote revision
3. Model sync, view: incoming addition > editor: remote revision
4. Model sync, view: incoming addition < editor: remote revision
5. Model sync, view: outgoing deletion > editor: remote revision
6. Model sync, view: outgoing deletion < editor: remote revision

Fix v01

Fix for the non-model sync cases. I don't need to ask to know the answer: "I don't care about the non-model sync, fix the model one", so I'm still working on a better fix.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
