Hi Jeen,

I'll take care of the release today. I am going to call it 2.3.0
(including a patch number) to be consistent with semver[1] as that
seems to be becoming the standard nowadays. I will also merge master
into develop and change the version of develop to be 2.4-SNAPSHOT.
