I've scheduled our release review - this is currently pending approval by the PMC and EMO. That approval happens based on the release documentation and the IP log, respectively.

Next steps are first of all getting the release documentation in order,  mailing the technology PMC with a link to our release plan and ask for their approval (usually their response is simply +1, which is enough).

In parallel, we should generate an IP log (tool on the project website) and submit that for review by EMO. 

I'll kick both processes off - perhaps you could do another run over the release plan and documentation and check that it looks good?
