What library do you mean? Why not use JDOM? Since JDOM is already used
in Mylyn I guess that wouldn't need a CQ.

Unfortunately I don't think JDOM meets my requirements markus. 

I got a reference from my mentor (Mr. David Green) that we use currently. So I will be able to use that implementation as a reference  and come up with a solution for my project. So the problem is solved :).
