I don't think your allowed to use such 3rd party libraries. For a 3rd
party library which has a licence that is compatible to the EPL you must
create an CQ request on https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/, but you should
probably consult with your mentor first.

Not exactly. We can use 3rd party libraries but then we cannot use eclipse foundation resources to host them. That's my problem.  So then we need to use external hosting site such as Google code. So i was planning on using google code to host it to avoid such situations. Then in the conference call I heard that we can submit patches. So that's why i asked the question. Last year I hosted my code at Google code site and then moved to OSUOSL repository.
