In the recent conference call my mentor (Steffen Pingel) said I should
just submit patches to the bugzilla. He also recommended to create
bugzilla tickets for tasks.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah. I was there in the call and heard it. The problem is,  what if we have to use 3rd party libraries which are not compatible with EPL? In that case is it ok to keep them in Eclipse Issue Tracker?
