My experience is that It is very slow and involved to do it from the IDE.

Gerrit is already introduced but I can see there could be better integration.

Anyway, maybe the time is not right yet. I don't want to disagree with everybody and of course I can see when the process stops being helpful and starts being overhead. However, I'm convinced it will improve overall quality.
