I guess the question is how much space we think is required, and what the
format is going to be. We had just shy of 35 people here for the DSDP face
to face meeting in January and that worked pretty well, but I don't think
we could comfortably handle more in that room.
My $0.02 is to see how many people we think we have and then work from
there.

Hi Doug,
A small fee would be fine. I would prefer to have the summit here in
Toronto as I wouldn't have to submit expenses for travel. I thought IBM
was keen on hosting it so why the need for facilities?
