osgi.framework.extensions=org.eclipse.equinox.weaving.hook

or via VM argument:

-Dosgi.framework.extensions=org.eclipse.equinox.weaving.hook


If that does not help, would you send me your zipped workspace for 
galileo so that I can take a look what happens? What do you expect to 
happen (so what should your aspect do)?
