Run the tools to:
- make sure that javadoc is consistent on all platforms (this also checks for
API consistency)
- make sure that all files have the correct copyright and copyright dates at
the top

I verified that the files in the swt source repo have copyrights. I'll open a separate bug for updating the copyright in early 4.7.
Marking this bug as fixed.
