Description Martin Aeschlimann CLA 2003-07-22 12:30:02 EDT
I20030722

CTRL + 1 does not work anymore with the latest build:
- The preference page has the key assigned to Quickfix
- The menu (Edit->Quick fix) does not contain the (CTRL + 1) in the name

Might also be considered a blocker: many other shortcuts don't work as well in
I20030723 (fresh workspace). This renderes the build useless for development.

I20030722 is a 3.0 build not 2.1.

fixed. the problem was the scopes were not being set correctly. no key binding defined in the text editor or java editor scopes were working.

i hate to say it, but the fix was only one character long. for the sake of posterity, that character was: '!'
:)

I hope you've got a unit test for that now. It is quite annoying to pick up a
build and realize something so basic, usability-wise, is broken. :-(

Thanks.
Comment 7 Gary Gregory CLA 2003-07-24 13:56:18 EDT
Will this be in the next "I" build?

Comment 8 Dani Megert CLA 2003-07-25 02:15:57 EDT
You can bet it will be.
I'm currently using the new I-build with workbench.jar from 3.0 M2. So far no
problems.
