[wtp-incubator-dev] Incubator Update Site for Early Adopters

@David Williams, you asked for a reminder a week or two out from XQDT 0.7 M2, and here we are.  Ideally when we declare M2 we will be in a position to point users at an update site that will be stable through future milestones, such that they can update to the latest declared build without complications.

As suggested by Dave Carver, there's nothing especially XQDT-specific about this request; I would expect other incubator projects to benefit from it, which hopefully also makes it more palatable from your point of view.  I'm posting this to the list rather than the bug in case other projects care to comment on that aspect.
