Re: [stp-dev] Tuscany and STP-SCA tools
|
Hi Dan.
After having updated the ecore model, you should regenerate all the EMF
model extension and the associated extension editors.
In your case, you're dealing with the meta-model extension for Tuscany
(*.tuscany.*).
I can't explain the process to follow since I didn't work on this, but I
think Stephane wants to propose a tutorial about this.
For the moment, the best solution is to submit a bug in the SCA project
bugzilla, in the "model" component. [0]
You can either attach your ecore file to your bug, or provide a
description of the elements you want to add or modify in the model.
The changes will then be added to the editors.

Vincent Zurczak.

Hello,
Back in December there was a thread about supporting additional
Tuscany bindings and implementation models [1]. Aside from updating
the Tuscany meta model for the Eclipse STP tools in tuscany.ecore,
what other technical steps are needed to support these types? I am
quite new to EMF and its modeling framework, but I assume after
updating the model and a rebuild of STP, the new features would appear
in the tool as options for a Tuscany implementation of a composite? Is
anyone currently working on providing these? If so I can provide
assistance (as I am a contributor on the Tuscany project).
