Hi

Bug 435912 gets the Mars release started as 0.12.0, updating all plugins 
to 0.12.0 if already changed, or 0.11.100 if unchanged. (I have not 
edited the unreleased ETL plugins.)

We will probably change all plugins to 1.0.0 at M6/M7 once OCL had 
tracked to OCL 2.5 and if we propose to graduate from incubation.
