Thank you very much for your advices.
I guess my mistake was in interpretation of "."
I read somewhere that it's not only any symbol but any number of
symbols. Whereas I should have used ".*" instead.

I guess to be absolutely on the safe side the following
should be used ".*\.[od]$"

And "obj_.*" example is exactly what I need as well.
