[ptp-user] (PTP Run Configuration == Parallel Application) + Resource manager MPICH2

Hi,

I know that I am presumably in an unsupported state, but I needed a certain
configuration - so I tried to do a remote launch of a parallel application
using the Resource manager MPICH2, knowing that it is actually not MPICH2 but
Intel MPI v 4.xx .

In simple cases this works OK (Intel MPI and MPICH2 are close enough), but
today my hack failed me. It complained that I would use a non-existent option
-x for mpiexec. I never specified this option, so where did it come from ?

It seems that either the run configuration or the resource manager are adding
additional options here. How can I find out ?

Just to mention - if I login on the remote host and type the mpiexec command
into the command line prompt, that eclipse is supposed to issue, the job runs
fine.
