org.eclipse.core.tests.harness has migrated to Git.
It is in the eclipse.platform.runtime git repository. org.eclipse.test.performance
has not yet migrated - it will be part of the org.eclipse.releng git repository
(coming very soon). For now you can grab that one from CVS.
