Re: [platform-releng-dev] Stop listing transitive dependencies in features?

In the past, PDE launch configuration did not include dependencies if
started via a product configuration file. IIRC this has been changed
by Hannes in the last release but it should be tested if our SDK
products (or RCP products) still start from the IDE without the
additional dependencies.
