Ok. That said, I was talking about staging repo as "non default" repos, not necessarily as staging in the meaning of Nexus pro with a provisioning process.
A repo like https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/eclipse-staging/ hosting also milestones of Equinox artifacts would be enough.
