[platform-releng-dev] Multi line copyright in doc

After talking to Mike Wilson and the releng team we figured that it was 
better for us to not fight the tool and to move the copyright to a one 
line copyright. If JDT has not done thier copyright changes yet you may 
want to hold off.

I am not sure if we will get it in for tonight - I will try and have this 
sorted for tomorrow.
