[photran] Updated installation instructions

Apologies for the errors in the installation instructions.

I updated them to take care of this...

> There is no "Photran End-User Runtime" on the Helios site.

...and this...

> It is definitely Helios, not Galileo you want. This is an error in 
the doc.

Bob: I'm glad you got Eclipse working in ~/bin.  Unfortunately, I don't 
know anyone who's tried installing it on Ubuntu under /opt as root.  
It's a little alarming that it's that difficult...

Michel: Yes, it's normal to not have any samples for Photran in the 
Welcome screen.  The "samples" project in CVS is actually a bunch of 
internal code, not anything a user would be interested in.
