[photran] Installing Intel Fortran toolchain support

Hi,
Photran is happily chugging along with gfortran; I've since installed
the Intel Fortran compiler and I'm wondering how I get back to the part
of Photran installation where I select the available toolchains.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Photran hasn't helped and while I can set
toolchain options under the preferences for the project, the Intel
toolchain isn't listed.
Specifically, the Intel compiler is installed under ~/intel rather than
systemwide (due to low disk space[1] and the byzantine nature of the
Intel compiler installation on Ubuntu[2].) Could it be that
Photran/Helios is not detecting the Intel compiler since the compiler is
not in the normal path? Or do I need to install everything from scratch?[3]

[1] The way Asus sells an EeePC with 40GB of SSD is to install a "fast"
8GB SSD (primary) and a "slow" 32GB SSD. Preferentially the OS ends up
on the small fast partition and the lopsided disk arrangement means
there's no space for tools and plenty of space for user files. This
leads to suboptimal filesystem jiggering, reformatting the laptop, or
spending $200 on a single replacement SSD with enough space for both
/home and /. The former is the least painful approach. Aside from the
disk weirdness, it's a good little machine.
[2] Per the rules of 'enterprise' software for linux, an obsolete
version of libstc++ is required, and the compiler installs via a program
wrapped around RPM (yes, on Ubuntu.) Still, it was about as painless as
it could be (compare to installing Oracle, Blackboard, etc.) Still, it
was byzantine; cpio got called during install. Welcome to 1987!
[3] I've done that a lot lately so it's not a big deal. :)
