I do not know. It was Jeff Overbey who suggested this was a problem with
the ENTRY statement that they did not implement since they thought
nobody would use that after looking at the .log file that I sent to him.

Thanks Greg for the explanations about gdb, gdb/mi and gdbserver.
I will stick to gdb but this time knowing why ! :-)
