[photran] Phortran and JDT ?

Hello,
I have download the new version of the package Phortran V4.0 and I thougth
that there were the JDT plug-in includes inside.
In the old version of the Photran full version 3.2 there were  the Eclipse
SDK with ths JDT.

How can I add the JDT with my version of Eclipse including the Photran
plugin ?
