1. Status update
- Using phoenix.eclipse.org as a sandbox
- templates and skins are ready to be used
2. Content structure
- we're not just moving the content over as-is
- fit content into the DIV tags
- Review Andrew's Conceptual IA 1.1 doc
- need landing pages for some of the top menu links. An e-mail was
sent out for this.
3. Reviewed template.php, _projectCommon.php and page elements
- a document that illustrates page elements and their associated styles
is on its way
- common left navs: (1) Committers (2) Newsgroups (3) Bugs (4) Articles
- chnages to be made: _projectCommon not required in each directory,
Phoenix as default skin, top menus to be designed as tabs, author meta
tag not required, $pageTitle should be an <h1> on each page as part of
the "engine"

5. Tagging
- Bjorn to look into tagging
