We agreed we weren't just putting a pretty face on the existing content, 
so...

Andrew designed a new structure for Eclipse.org back in may-june. 
Please have a good look at the Conceptual IA document in this message to 
make sure your content fits in the grand scheme of things:

We will likely need to design langing pages for may top-level menus. 
For instance, reference & support's landing page would likely just be 
links to the 9 elements it contains.

The document also identifies who owns what content.
