Hello Susan!

Hi, Mihai!
At the moment, as we are moving things around for 0.4, the way to do it is:

"Settings" page -> select "Plugins" -> push the "Add Plugins" button and
then push the revealed "Reload-all" button.
Reload will be more visible when we fix a bug regarding the
organization/visibility of the commands on this page [1].

Ah, thanks! Found it and I did reload all plugins.

If the problem is that you don't even see the "Settings" link, then click
"Plugins" at the top, select a plugin, and click the "reload" link the
toolbar.

I see the Settings link.

As far as cloning, if you click the "Repositories" link at the top of the
page, you should be presented a page that has "Clone Repository" in the
toolbar. Is the problem that the page is not loading? If so, for now, try
localStorage.clear() and then reload the plugins. This is unfortunate,
but still a fact of life in some cases when folks have stale plugin
metadata lying around.

I see the Repositories link and the page loads, but I have no "Clone repository" link.

Thanks again for your help!
