Re: [mylyn-pmc] Projects should not be incubating

I have created this bug to track creation of websites for the sub-projects:

 334968: create websites for sub-projects
 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=334968

The current plan is to have an entry page for each sub-project but to
retain a commons download page etc. Sub-projects will also be linked
from the top-level entry page.
