I spoke with Sharon. We'll move Mik over asap. Once he has committer
access, he can start the nominations. Normally when we do a move, we
just move all the existing committers. I assumed that we really don't
want to do this, but should instead be selective about who gets commit
rights on the top-level.
Given the current workload on EMO-IP-Team, we're more likely to get
moving quickly if we run elections. I'll separately get Webmaster to fix
up the 'active' dates on the committer records so that we don't screw up
Dash statistics gathering
I've opened Bug 332075 to track this and another other provisioning
tasks we need to undertake.

Mik should be able to nominate folks right now. The effect should be
instant
for the first nominee, and the voting should be relatively quick for

rest if we all remain responsive. Note that Mik will have to be

Is that change already active? Mik said he didn't see an option to
nominate and the portal does not list any project leads for mylyn:

On this note, should project leads generally also have committer
status? Looking at mylyn.versions [1] this is the case for me but on
the other I am not listed as a committer on mylyn.tasks [2].
