[mylyn-integrators] Mylyn 2.0 for Eclipse 3.2

Mylyn has (finally) been backported to Eclipse 3.2.  Testing and minor
changes are still underway, but the project set is now available and a build
will be up soon.

Note that the Mylyn APIs insulate integrators from the differences between
Eclipse 3.2 and 3.3, so connectors built against Eclipse 3.3 should work for
Eclipse 3.2.  Please let us know if you encounter a scenario where that's
not the case.
