[mylyn-integrators] Trying to upgrade CodeBeamer connector to Mylyn 2.0

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade CodeBeamer connector to Mylyn 2.0. So far this was the most difficult upgrade (which was at least partly to be expected),
because of Mylar to Mylyn rename, but also because Mylyn Porting guide and Integrator guides are obsolete and should be updated.

Here are my questions (the ones I couldn't resolve by looking at the source, the guides are almost useless):

1. Where is AbstractQueryHit class?
2. ITask (I assume) was replaced by AbstractTask, but I do I get access to taskData (used to be member field taskData)?
