 We used to have user list, but it been replaced by the newsgroup 
news://news.eclipse.org/eclipse.technology.mylar

 The archive is at 
http://dev.eclipse.org/newslists/news.eclipse.technology.mylar/ I think 
there is a web interface on eclipse.org and eclipsezone. The latter also 
have an rss feed http://eclipsezone.org/eclipse/forums/f18153.html
