Hi Igor - thanks for your reply. I'll try to summurize some of the "hot" topics for us and post them here. We've switched recently to maven and after the initial successful migration we are facing now some inconsistences / troubles related to how the classpaths are interpreted I think - the main interest is on EAR projects. The second part is related to SCM - we are facing some problems synchronizing the projects because of auto-generated resources such as META-INF/maven/* aso, causing conflicts because for example the timestamps are different. Here the question is are there some best practices what to exclude from check-in in SCM (apart from target).
