[location-iwg] Temporary Location IWG landing page

Hi Everyone,

I took a few moments to put together a temporary landing page for the Location IWG at: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Location. It's a wiki page, so it is editable by you as well if you'd like to add/modify/delete content on it. If you don't already have an account, you can create one.
