[imp-dev] Renamed feature "org.eclipse.imp" to "org.eclipse.imp.metatool

Hi All,

I've changed renamed the feature project "org.eclipse.imp.feature" to  
"org.eclipse.imp.metatooling.feature" (and changed its project name  
and feature ID to match), for consistency with what it contains, and  
the existing feature name.

In all likelihood, you've had no reason to tweak this project, so you  
should only have to delete it from your workspace and check it out  
under the new name from the SVN repository.

Let me know if you have any problems with this.
