[imp-dev] FYI: Formatting-related code has moved to a separate feature (org.eclipse.imp.formatting)

What the subject sez.
The reason: at the request of some IBM product teams, this move
separates out code dependent on SDF and Box (which technically was not
written as part of the IMP project) from the rest of the IMP runtime
(which of course was).
As a result, the IMP Runtime feature no longer depends on the
sdf_eclipse_installer feature.
The affected projects are org.eclipse.imp.box, and
org.eclipse.imp.formatting.
Oh, and of course there's a new project
"org.eclipse.imp.formatting.feature" in the SVN repository to match.
No code was harmed during the production of this feature.
