Title: New name for Web Proxy (take 2; please vote)

We agreed on the last call to take the 4 top-rated names:

• OpenID Gateway
• Web Selector
• Web Proxy (current name)
• OpenID Gateway Selector
  

And add in Tony’s new suggestions and have a new vote:

It was also noted last week that Serena’s contribution of the WS-Federation passive requestor profile code into Higgins provides us with the raw materials for a second web-based method that could be used for login in addition to the OpenID implementation within the Web Proxy. This tilts us still further from using “OpenID” in the new name.
