RE: [higgins-dev] IdAS and XRI

Hi Markus,

I did a quick pass on your document. See attached. Your document is a lot more readable and accessible than the wiki page. Not now, but in the long run, I’d like to see the wiki page incorporate most or all of what you’ve written.

Subject: [higgins-dev] IdAS and XRI

Hello Drummond, Paul and others

Since I am very new to Higgins, I spent some more time on the weekend reading the Higgins wiki, looking at existing code, and thinking about how XRI fits into this. I wrote a little Word document, which basically summarizes information from the wiki in my own words and also includes some new thoughts.

In particular, has anyone yet considered realizing the Context Provider Registry by hosting an OpenXRI authority server? I think this would be a perfect application for it (see the word doc for more on this).

Maybe I could get some feedback on this so I know what I got right and what's stupid :)
