the problem was that I was still using
M4 build.
Everybody, please use M5, since
there is a schema change impacting specifically configurations.

I have done update, synchronization, and restarted epf composer, still
do not see it. 
i did however create OpenUP - Per as a new config, is that the one you
see? 

Do others see the regular configuration?

am I missing something? In my CVS replication, I do not have a configuration.
Didn't we use to have OpenUP, which included the 2 plug-ins?
Before I recreate it, I just wanted to make sure that I am not doing something
wrong... 

I cannot work on capability patterns without a configuration...
