The git://egit.eclipse.org/ URLs should also work now, webmaster
opened the anonymous git port for us.

The code review server is still not operational.  Its SSH
port was opened, but I have no authentication source for it.
OpenID won't work because of the clock skew, and Denis
doesn't see why we need to tie into the existing LDAP server
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=270850#c40).

The virtual server has 512 MiB of memory; we have about 5 MiB free.
I'm not surprised gitweb was being sluggish while files were
paged in.  A real git installation at Eclipse.org probably needs
on the order of 4-8 GiB of memory.

Yes, as was pointed out, these are empty repositories, there is no
content in them to clone.
