Thanks, looks good.  Thanks also to Tom for formatting improvements.

I've made a number of other small changes/additions/deletions and I 
think I'm about ready to move onto starting a second tutorial...the next 
one I'm planning to be a tutorial on creating a rest-based distribution 
provider for the ITimeService.

Do people feel comfortable with 'releasing' this first tutorial at 
version 1.0?
