Re: [e4-dev] Model-Tooling, ...

Yves, I've modified the DirectToolItem and HandledToolItem images to
distinguish them visually. Please check if you are comfortable with this
else feel free to revert them.

Additionally I added 2 more items:
* A vertical Sash icon
* A seperator icon (which should probably replace the ToolItem-Icon
  because if I understand the model right ToolItem's only purpose in
  the UI is to renderer a separator)
