[dtp-dev] Iteration build posted

The first iteration build of the M5 cycle is now available on the download
page. This iteration adds back in the SQL Dev Tools frameworks and tools
(views, preference pages, perspective), which load now both in Eclipse 3.1
and 3.2M4. Also included are deliveries to Connectivity:

Due to the recent changes to the connection management, a few issues have
emerged. The Connectivity team is aware of these and will be working on
them:

> "Widget disposed" error log message when disconnecting and (sometimes)
when connecting on Eclipse 3.1 and 3.2M4.  Connect/disconnect still works
in these cases, even though the error msg appears in the log.
> Derby Connection Profile: Sometimes fails to connect on Eclipse 3.2M4.
Always fails to connect on Eclipse 3.1.
