Merci Alain.
As things are moving ahead, I've removed the dependency with the old make
view causing build errors, for the moment, and I'll have to adapt it to
the managed build.
Anyway, we may need to remove the plugin from the dev.eclipse.org cvs
repository as the reference now is on cvs.sf.net.
Talking about this with Doug.

The move to the new make plugins will break CPPUnit, they were
doing illlegal things , like accessing internal class, in particular:
org.eclipse.cdt.internal.ui.makeview.MakeView.
Just a heads-up the CPPUnit folks.
