I uploaded a new version an hour ago. I verified that I can do a successful run of the exact commands that you tried on my Linux box.

The revision of the product is changed. You can obtain the latest product from our download page since I changed it to reflect the 0.2.0 release. Release notes are under way...

So I installed junit4 from my development eclipse, then get the same error as mentioned yesterday:

Could not find a site to install to

I tried turning up logging but not getting anything useful.

Will continue to investigate what's happening....
